LAGUNA HILLS, Ca. (July 21, 2020) – Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Major Accident Reconstruction Team (MART) on Saturday, July 18, arrested a driver suspected of hitting and killing a pedestrian in a hotel parking lot and fleeing the scene.
