Southeast Operations approaches policing with patience, compassion and a dedication to service.
With additional funding from the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council, Southeast Operations has expanded services for school safety initiatives, including the School Mobile Assessment and Resource Team (SMART). SMART is a multi-jurisdictional team serving 16 cities and the county’s unincorporated areas, and the Juvenile Services Bureau provides enhanced efforts in campus safety and youth diversion programs. Through effective programming and specialty investigative teams, Southeast keeps the safety of our students, school staff and families a priority.
