Please follow the steps below for Initial ERRCS Inquiry:
- Step 1
- Coordinate with local (AHJ) Authority Having Jurisdiction for pre-qualifying requirements of ERRCS building coverage. You can find the local AHJ By City.
 - If ERRCS/BDA is required, proceed to Step 2. 
 
 - Step 2
- Email errcs@ocsheriff.gov the following information:
- Project Name.
 - Site address.
 - GPS Coordinates of planned construction site. 
 - Project description, size of building, number of floors above and below grade, proposed ERRCS design description.
 - Contractor contact information including name, address, phone and email address for both designer and installation provider.
 - Proposed BDA Model (S/N if available).
 - Proposed mode of operation (Class A or Channelized Class B).
 - Proposed project timeline.
 
 
 - Step 3
- You will receive a Donor Cell Site Assignment in PDF format and a link to SharePoint folder for the new project. 
 - (Please note: Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. are not accepted by OCSD. All files must be shared through SharePoint Portal.)
