In-Custody Death - March 20, 2023

On March 20, 2023, 47-year-old Todd Whited from Stoystown, PA who was housed at the Central Men’s Jail, Mod A-Tank 5 died at OC Global Medical Center. At the time, Whited was awaiting arraignment.
